As I write this, it’s Canada Day. We’re 155 years old.
I think I had 155 photos to choose from . . . You’ll be glad to know I didn’t use them all.

Beautiful, Isabel. Thanks.
Tom
Tom – Many thanks.
Nice work Isabel, beautiful photos, well shown. For me it’s unfortunate that you couldn’t locate a standing statue of Sir John A. to publish. But that’s just me.
Ken – 🙂 I’ll keep an eye open for one to use next year.
If you had the time to arrange all 155, I would happily find the time to absorb the glory in all of them. Never having tried to create this sort of video presentation, I can only guess at the care, thought, and commitment it takes. Thank you for all of that and for sharing your momentous journey of appreciation. I am refreshed!
Laurna – Many thanks. Yes, it takes a while, but it’s fun. I lose track of the time when I’m doing it, which is the right sign, I think.
Nice collection of images put to good use well.
(Is that grammatically correct?)
Jim R – Hahaha. I think so, but see why you wondered: a non-standard construction. In any event, I know what you mean, and thank you.
Beautiful photos, thoughtfully presented. Coast to coast, no less. You are a first class nature photographer – subject, composition, lighting, mood – everything!
Judith – Many thanks. We’ve been very lucky to get to all provinces and territories, although I have no nature shots of Nunavut. (I think. 🙂 I’ll check with the Big Guy, to whom I delegate the task of knowing where I am.)
Lovely ‘movie’.
Mary – Many thanks.
Loved both before and after the intermission!
Lorna – 🙂
Lovely photos! Made me curious how you organize them? By colour? By subject matter? By location? Well done!
Alison – Many thanks! My filing/organization leaves something to be desired. I started with subject filing and then went to chronology with some subject sub-folders and then to major trips . . . so it’s sort of a mess.
